Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Our returns are easy. You just write us email and we will send you pick up ticket by FedEx. Than you need to contact FedEx in your country to pick up the most convenient time for you . We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 7 days to send it back to us.

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days in the same way you chose to pay. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment. We will refund what the customers paid for each item less € 29,- for expenses of return. The exchange is totally free of charge.

No returns or exchanges for all products purchased on  Black Friday days using any promo codes.

Returning from USA : You will have to bear the full cost of returning the goods. FedEx will charge the return shipment cost to us. We will then deduct this amount from your refund amount.
